Mindful-U’s Happier Holidays workshop is specifically designed to put some of the sparkle back in the season by giving you a set of practical mindfulness tools to help you gracefully leap over holiday-related hurdles in areas of finance, relationships, career and more.
The goal is to have you waking up in January with a smile on your face and some money in your account and withOUT the overwhelming urge to immediately start a juice fast! You’ll walk out the door with a workbook of life coaching techniques and meditation exercises that you can use all year 'round.

Katy Flatau

Katy Flatau, a Certified Professional Coach, practices individual and group life coaching in Chicago as well as phone-based coaching internationally. Katy has an innate ability to actively listen and creatively vision, as well a genuine desire to see each client move positively forward. These traits, combined with her 12+ years of corporate experience, make her an engaged and empathetic partner in the coaching process. Katy is also certified in Energy Leadership through IPEC. The Energy Leadership Index is a powerful assessment tool that provides a detailed framework for the coaching process.
Andrea Klunder
E-RYT, Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner, Co-director of Mindful-U
Andrea Klunder is a healer, teacher and singer who works with the body, mind and spirit in an integrated method custom designed for each client. She has been teaching hatha yoga & meditation teacher since 2006, has studied Thai Bodywork extensively and has dabbled in Reiki and various types of energy work. She has been the owner and director of a boutique yoga studio in Lincoln Park, the director of a yoga for women’s health program at a major medical facility and most recently she is the founder and organizer of the Kirtan Chicago Meetup, connecting like-minded souls in the practice of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion, music, and dance); and the Chicago Women's Creative Collective Meetup, bringing women from all forms of expression together to share and celebrate their work and support the creative process.
