Event Overview

Do you feel like you are always starting the New Year with the same resolution? You feel motivated and set perfect goals, but something goes awry and they get pushed back for another year. You’re fighting to make a change, but instead end up fighting yourself.
Join us as we explore our individual patterns in achieving our goals in order to establish realistic plans for realizing those goals. Your resolution may be challenging, but understanding the process can be rewarding. Let’s move into the new year refreshed and re-energized while reviving your determination. We will evaluate ways to sustain your focus without becoming overwhelmed. We will use gentle movement and mindfulness techniques to:
•Release mental, emotional, and physical stress and tension

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

"None of us are impervious to the obstacles of life. It is normal to sometimes feel lost and need guidance to find your path again. Even in times of turmoil, you have the power to overcome. When you can learn to trust yourself and recognize your strengths and abilities, you can take control over your life in stead of your life controlling you. To find our personal power, sometimes we need find the barriers that are preventing our success. My goal is to provide you a safe and nurturing environment that allows you to be you, releasing any shame or judgements that make you feel inhibited."

She engages her clients in a creative mind-body experience that supports increased self-awareness, mindfulness, and the ability to change behaviors and express emotions in new ways.
