Event Overview

Whether you're a sprinter, a marathoner, or just like to run for fun this class has your secret weapon to relieving tension and achieving a better run!

Using Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls (provided for class) you will learn targeted deep tissue self-massage for all the areas you need it most. YTU Therapy Ball techniques are an innovative way to mimic the work of a massage therapist for every region of your body! We will move through sequences that target specific areas to lengthen muscles, release fascia, and lubricate joints and connective tissue for improved functionality. You will learn how to unwind and relieve knots, adhesions and tension so you experience relief while improving the actual health of your soft tissue for a better run! What you learn can be used as warm-ups or as warm-downs for your runs.

You will leave Runner's Reset feeling physically refreshed with a deeper knowledge of what your particular body needs, how to facilitate better self-care, and how to improve your performance when you run (or do anything for that matter).

Please arrive 15mins early for check in and prompt start time
