MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Marlene Franke is one of Chicago's premier bespoke tailors. She was trained and certified at the Savile Row Academy in London, England and is one of the few artisans in the U.S. that designs and crafts completely handmade garments for men and women.
Marlene recognized an acute need to provide the practical training she received to cultivate future generations of hand-craft bespoke tailors. And in 2016, she began offering training in men’s bespoke tailoring to persons wanting to acquire the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to work in established tailoring houses anywhere in the world or to start their own businesses or collections.
