Event Overview

The press has been touting the benefits of gratitude on health, relationships, and outlook for years. Most people have an intuitive understanding that gratitude is somehow related to feeling good but fall short when trying to make it a natural part of their lives. The BIG question remains unanswered. How do you cultivate this virtue and reap the benefits?

Offering an alternative approach to traditional gratitude journals where brief moments of gratitude are listed at the end of a day, in this two session class, we treat gratitude as a special type of mindfulness practice. Through self-inquiry and writing exercises, you will identify gratitude themes that are personally meaningful to YOU then learn on how to use these themes to experience gratitude in the present moment.

Class 1: Thursday, December 3rd at 7:00-8:30 PM
Class 2: Thursday, December 10th at 7:00-8:30 PM
