Event Overview

Put a bird in it! This beginner workshop is the perfect introduction to working with reclaimed wood. Students will get the opportunity to use the chop saw, drill press, and hand drill. Additionally, we will make use of good old fashioned hammer and nails. By the end of class you will have built a house! For birds!

At the end of class, you will have a great piece of furniture made with your own hands and be supporting an awesome non-profit.

What to Bring

Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed toe shoes are required. Long hair must be tied back and no dangling jewelry or accesories should be worn. Facial hair should be trimmed and groomed. These rules are for your safety and must be follow
