In upholstery 101, we'll take you through the most basic information you need to start redoing the cushions and upholstery in your home. This class focuses on chair seats and seat-backs.
Students are required to bring in one or two chairs that they wish to reupholster, and one - two yards of fabric to work with. Sources for fabric include Joanne Fabrics, Hancock Fabrics, and (our favorite): The Textile Discount Outlet on 2121 w. 21st street (ask for the upholstery room).
All other class materials and tools will be provided.
