This introductory hands on workshop will give you five take away effective tools and reveal how you can learn more about the other over 350 tools to raising your Stress Intelligence. And when it's a FREE workshop, what have you got to lose?

We will explore what stress is, how it manifests, how some of the experience of stress is different for individuals, and five tools you can start using today. I'll also explore the Stress Intelligence Coaching Program and options you have to get more tools for the stress you experience. Serena Wadhwa, Psy.D., LCPC, CADC, RYT has had numerous roles relating to the topic of stress. She has presented on the topic in a variety of contexts; written and published material; been a guest speaker at events; and has two books on the topic coming out this year. She is also the founder of the Stress Intelligence Coaching Program.

    The class covered methods to manage stress, and how they can be applied to everyday life. She also provided some in-class exercises to elicit personal characteristics we should be mindful of when dealing with stress. The class provided some great tools to manage stress, and pointed out stress isn't "all bad".
