Nuts and seeds are protein-packed foods that are bursting with health benefits. Never mind grocery shelf finds laced with preservatives - lets DIY.
This class will include yummy taste testing and lots of laughter. You will walk away with a myriad of ideas on how to incorporate these basics into your everyday dining experience, and healthy tips to get and keep you on a healthy and rockin' lifestyle.
On the evenings festivities:
* Craft your own nut milks.
* Grind your own Almond/Seed butter
* Pudding anyone? Chia seed goodness
* Pass the dip and queso using cashews
* Protein Bars for breakfast or quick on-the-fly snacks
If you have nut allergies, this class may not be the right fit for you, catch my next class.
