Event Overview

Wondering about the safest or most productive way to get into and out of a yoga pose? Curious about the health benefits of the poses you're doing? In Back to Basics you'll learn just that. During class we'll break down the most common yoga poses, learning the progression of each pose. We'll also look at the health benefits of each pose, to understand what's happening internally. There will be a focus on utilizing deep breaths as we transition between poses. Loved it! Exactly what I had hoped for. I was new to yoga, only having done YouTube yoga videos for s couple weeks. At the class I was given great info on how and why we do basic yoga moves. It helped build my confidence as a new yogi.
