Event Overview

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word meaning smooth transition between poses. When we blend intentional breathing with movement, we create a mindful practice that informs vinyasa-style yoga. This month’s workshop explores the use of breathwork with continual flowing movements, helping students create their own mindful vinyasa practice. As always, Jennifer will end class with meditation.

You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
