It's time we stepped into our Feminine Essence and stepping into the heart centered, hip moving and confident women we know we are! We’ll talk about ways you can increase that level and feel more confident, beautiful and vibrant in your own skin, while moving our hips in the process!
Treating Yourself to Self-Care & Nourishing Pleasures
Tell the truth. What would happen if you put yourself at the top of your to-do list? When is the last time you really indulged in yourself?
Do you spend the great majority of your time taking care of other people, or doing what other people want/need/hope you will do? Being responsible, handling work stuff, schooling, budgets, cleaning, texting, shopping, maybe your single, married, have kids, etc, etc until you fall into bed at night and wonder where the day went and your needs were never met? You’re exhausted mentally and physically and have put everyone at the top of the to-do list but yourself.
Gorgeous, you have to take care of yourself, too, or you’ll spiral down into this exhausted, overwhelmed, burnt out place where your stressed and wanting more and not sure how to get it.
The truth is the body you want is there for you already. You may not be aware yet that you have the skill to work with your body instead of against it, and that that skill is within you, waiting to be discovered.
Saying “Yes!” to this experience means showing up for yourself in a whole new way, mentally, energetically, spiritually and physically.
Homemade self-care body product
The last part of class we will each make one bath salt with three scent options available. Using plant based ingredients like salt, essential oils, orange peel, lavender and rose petals, you’ll learn the basics of crafting natural body care products to make at home to feel luxurious.
What will I get out of this:
· In-workshop Handouts and reflection.
· A safe place to express where you are, with DesiRae and others. We will have real, raw and connective conversations.
· One 8-oz homemade self-care body product you will make with all supplies provides and recipes to take home.
· Honoring your relationship with yourself by being direct, truthful, and open so we can go farther, faster.

· A journal and Pen to take notes
You'll leave feeling more confident, beautiful, loving your body more and having a new insight on putting you first.

All supplies provided to make in-class one, 4-oz homemade self-care body bath salt. Supplies include handouts, take home sheets, an apron, 4-oz container, salts, herbs and essential oils to make your own.
