Create an ongoing practice through movement and meditation to explore your relationship with the natural world. Learn the basics of Qigong, meditation, and join in discussions to reflect on how meditation and movement practices affect us and our thoughts.

Qigong combines the elements of posture, breathing, mental focus, and a relaxed mindset. Worried about a chilly spring? Don't be! This class will take place indoors with a scenic view of north pond.

Jennifer O'Hara has been teaching Eight Pieces of Silk Qigong for over 10 years. She has taught Qigong classes at the Heartwood Center for Body Mind Spirit, the Shambhala Center, Northwestern University and the University of Illinois, Chicago. She has also been a meditation instructor at the Shambhala Meditation Center for 10 years.
