Ahh, Valentine's Day. The perfect day to celebrate life and love, and the perfect end to that hopeless new year resolution you had to cut back on sweets and finally have your #bikinibody.
Sorry about that.
Come and hang out with other folks who like to drink sweet drinks (and we'll make a bitter one if you're anti-VDay) and play around with four different liquors (whiskey, tequila, gin, and vodka) and a bunch of mixers and bitters to create something delicious. I'll walk you through understanding the art + science of mixology in its most basic form: exploring flavour pairings, dilution, temperature, mixing, and serving. By the end of class, you'll have the liquid confidence to go forth with Julia Child-like conviction and be an at-home mixologist!
I'll also teach you how to make cutesy VDay garnishes (see the pics) and show you how to mix Girl Scout cookie-themed cocktails!
****I'm not about putting baby in a corner: In this class you won't be forced to mix three basic bitch drinks that you may or may not be interested in. Instead, you'll be the master of your domain and make something YOU love with your own two hands.****
Whether it's whiskey or tequila. vodka or gin, let's make something delicious and fall in love with mixology this year!

Upon her return, she worked with both KOVAL and RHINE HALL distilleries in Chicago to lead mixology classes. She founded her company, HOLLOW LEG in 2014 and has been slinging' cocktails ever since.

It also made it so much easier to interact with the other class members, I felt like I was in a room full of friends. Just wish there was more time!
