Introducing.... Winemaking and Brewing Beer, in the same class!

Katrina and Adam of Wine & Whey will both share their experience with our favorite libations. This class is built for beginners as we will be walking through the basics in brewing and winemaking. On arrival, let's sample libations to determine what we want to make!

As the mash is boiling, winemaking will take off. At the end of this class we will have started 5 gallons of beer and 6 gallons of wine! Part two will take place roughly 2 months later (scheduled at the end of the class) where we will come back and bottle! This includes 4 beers and 1 bottle of wine for each person to take home. Wine and Beer! Oh my!
