In this hands-on class, you’ll taste several souffles, then learn how to craft and customize both sweet and savory souffles. Then you will use your new souffle knowledge to create your own souffle masterpieces.
You’ll leave class well-fed with souffles to enjoy later, smartphone accessible recipes, pro tips to prevent souffle disasters, and the confidence to go forth and souffle with aplomb.
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable so if you cannot attend, please feel free to pass them on to a food lover of your choice.
