Event Overview

In today's busy world, it can be incredibly overwhelming to make time for cooking anything let alone healthy, great tasting meals. As a self-taught home cook and registered dietitian with an advanced degree in food science and nutrition, I want to share some tips and strategies to make cooking more realistic and fun. 


This is an interactive workshop so attendees will work as a group to make the following:



  • Maple Tahini Snack Balls

  • Fall Salad in a Jar with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette 

  • Shrimp Spring Rolls with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce
