Event Overview

This is the 'boot camp' of mindfulness. Orignal template for the research that has made mindfulness accessible throughout society. Jon Kabat Zinn created the program back in 1979 and we have held the rigor of the curriculum based upon the positive outcomes found in the science: regulates emotion, cognitive processing, attention, bodily health and more.

We are paying attention to something all the time - science shows that what we pay attention to repeatedly changes the structure and function of our brains. Wow!

So what's got your attention? Learn how to pay attention in a way that sustains your best life.

Create a new life with this new habit.

Enjoy 8 full weekly classes, 2 hours each,  we will learn how to "practice" mindfulness, learn some theory, inquire among each other, and create the change we seek. At the 6th week we have the opportunity for a full day's retreat!
