Join Liz Layne Yoga for another edition of Spring Plants + Crystals! On Thursday May 21st at 6:30pm at River North Workshop in the back of the Birdsall & Co store!
NOTE that this class has been rescheduled due to COVID-19 considerations and will be held in-person at this new date!
In this workshop we will explore our own personal enjoyment of plants as we transition to the spring season, often synonymous with "growth!" As Spring arrives, we will usher in its renewing and re-energizing spirit by using crystals to support the growth of plants! We will explore the themes of spring and our own personal goals for the season (perhaps refreshing a space, spring cleaning, or growing towards a big goal!) and learn all about how plants and crystals can support you in this season. We will explore how crystals support plants, and each pot our own plant to take home with a crystal.

Liz (of Liz Layne Yoga) is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and Leadership Coach based in Denver, CO. As a yoga teacher, Liz guides wellness-curious adults to explore the practice of yoga + meditation and create balance within each aspect of their lives. What's Provided
One plant and three crystals are provided per participant. Pots are available for purchase at a discount during the event, or participants are welcome to bring their own pot to use (8" to 10" suggested).

The class was a great fellowship of plant loving people and educational for newbies. Liz and the owner of Birdsallco were welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely attend again and I'll definitely be going back to Birdsallco.
