Event Overview

Have you ever seen anything like this?! All of our students are raving about our new Blown Glass Jellyfish classes. During this amazing session, you will work with our professional artists to create a stunning work of art. Our team first demonstrates safety guidelines in the studio and heating up our tools to work successfully on our project. We then design our jellyfish by picking out powdered glass color and adding it to clear glass. Our students will then push the jellyfish tentacles down into the glass before adding more color and clear glass.

Our pro artists then shape the sculpture and finish it with our students by creating a "jack-line" in the glass to break it off from the pipe. You'll be amazed at how much fun you have at one of our introductory class sessions through dabble. The best part? You'll have a fun and exciting day creating your work AND learning more about the studio, professional glass artists, the history of glass, and we'll even do a gallery stroll!

What's Provided

All materials are provided. Wear cotton clothing, closed toed shoes, bring water and snacks and be prepared for an adventure in glassblowing!
