Whether your doctor's advised you to change your eating habits, or you've made a resolve to look and feel better this year, it all starts with shopping for the right foods.
So let's take a field trip to the grocery store. You'll see why 'natural' foods aren't the same as 'organic', and 'organic' items aren't always 'clean'. You'll also learn some time- and money-saving tips to help you stick with your new healthy lifestyle.
While no purchase is required, you'll probably find yourself practicing these easy-to-learn tips before we leave the store!
