Love Fried Chicken and Beer?!?! Join Chef Bob Brazell of Byrd & Barrel who will show you how to break down a whole bird and share some secrets to help you make amazing fried chicken at home!

We will talk everything from sourcing good quality, local birds, why we brine, flour and batter choices, spice rubs and seasonings, cooking time and temps, and more! All while you eat fried chicken and drink a brand-spanking new 4 Hands Brewing Co. beer BEFORE it will be released to the public for all those 21+ attendees. Additionally, there will be full cash bar available all night.

    One of the best classes I've taken! There was such great information about sourcing local chickens, tips for frying chicken and the demo of how to break down a bird was excellent! I've broken down a bird many times and thought I knew it all, but I learned so many new things with this class. Plus the chicken & beer we tasted was amazing! I'll definitely be taking this class again.

    Bob and Mac are two cluckers with a ton of knowledge and personality. Class was super casual and informative. Great food, great ideas, great fellowship. The class has made me a better human.
