Event Overview
Double the treat! Cupcakes and cookies in one! Explore cupcake making, decorating, fillings, icings, flavorings and cookie making all in one class. We will work with the Wilton method of cake decorating also incorporating my family cookie recipes. We will also learn about medicinal grade bakery flavorings and infusions for home baking. Just like the professionals! You will make 6 cupcakes and 6 cookies to make 6 complete CUPKIE treats to take home. You will go home with both the cupcake recipe and the cookie recipe. You will also receive a certificate of completion.
What to Bring
Apron, tapered spatula, take home container, 2 disposable icing bags, Wilton tip #1A, Wilton bismarck tip. #230

I have been a private chef, dessert chef and event planner for 10 years now. I graduated culinary school in 2006 and became a Wilton master cake decorator in 2008. I have had a very successful cake and catering business since 2006 and enjoy what I do.
