Event Overview

Do you dream about working for yourself, but you don't know where to start? Do you have an idea for a new product or service, but you are worried about the cost of getting it to market? Then this is the course for you.

Obviously, a two-hour workshop can't cover EVERYTHING that goes into starting and building a business - there are entire sections at the bookstore covering starting a business. BUT THAT'S THE POINT OF THIS WORKSHOP... you don't NEED to be overwhelmed with too much information, you just need a set of steps to get you going in the right direction. In fact, you can launch your business over a weekend for under $400!

By attending this workshop, you will learn how to:

1) launch your business over a weekend
2) launch a website (it sounds complicated, but it doesn't have to be)
3) appear like a bigger company (sometimes that's good, sometimes it isn't... we'll discuss that too!)
4) approach selling in a way that works for you and your market (sounds complicated too, but it isn't!), and
5) get paid! .... a lot of people don't actually think about this, which kills their business before it starts, but YOU won't have this problem, and

You'll also learn the 3 books you SHOULD read after this workshop.

If you have questions or just need a sounding board after the workshop, you also receive a 30 minute, 1-on-1 coaching phone/Skype call, as well as one month of UNLIMITED email interaction! Normally, individual coaching like this costs $500 or more!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

I graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with degrees in electrical and computer engineering. I then went into software engineering for 10 years, first as an employee for others but transitioned to working for myself. At about year 7, I decided that a change was in order and enrolled at Saint Louis University School of Law - I attended law school part time while working full time. Upon graduating and passing the bar exam in 2008, I became an intellectual property law attorney. I now own and operate The Law Office of Adam L. Bagwell, LLC.

I now coach others and help them achieve their career and personal goals, drawing on the experience and insight I gained during my 15+ year non-traditional career path.
