Event Overview

BUTI Yoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. We train the core using the Spiral Structure technique created by

Founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. Many students say they notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their first class. It increases flexibility, core strength, and cardiovascular health. BUTI focuses on spiraling movements which helps to unlock stuck energy in the 1st and 2nd chakras. Ultimately, this results in the empowerment of ones self, with the added bonus of 6 pack abs! This class is open to all levels.

Holly was the first BUTI Yoga instructor in St Louis. Through Flex Studio, she was able to introduce BUTI to St Louis in March 2014 and is now offering 3 classes a week. While on her fitness journey, she discovered BUTI online and fell in love with it! She loved the way it fused the practice of yoga, intense cardio movements, and the freedom of dance. BUTI gives you all three components. Flexibility, Cardio, and peace of mind. Holly is a Level 1 Certified BUTI Yoga Instructor.
