Event Overview

Postponed due to illness - will reschedule

People of all ages enjoy coloring in images these days. You can increase your creative potential further by coloring in artwork created with rubber art stamps. I'll teach you about what stamping inks to use, how to color in the images, the use of masking and an introduction to stenciling while we create a "filmstrip" style collage. This class is suitable for beginners. The techniques you learn can be used later in other crafts such as card making and art journaling.

Each class attendee will receive a printout with a written tutorial for that class so if you forget anything we learned you can refer back to it later. All materials are included in the class price.

NEW! At each class, there will be at least one door prize randomly awarded to an attendee – probably a craft supply item of some type that relates to the theme of the class. Past prizes have included a necklace kit, a polymer clay frame kit and a craft stencil. That’s my way of saying thank you for coming!

What to Bring

Students should wear old clothes that they don't mind getting ink on. Students can bring favorite rubber stamps if they have them but it's not a requirement.

What's Provided

I will provide all the materials needed to finish the class project - stencil, rubber stamped images, stamping ink, chalks, colored pencils, markers, paper, cardstock and load of tools.
