Event Overview

There's so much more that a cucumber can do than sit in brine, soaking up vinegar. If pickles aren't your thing, or you've made enough of them to get you through a natural disaster and you still have a glut of cukes, I'll help you think beyond the jar with new ideas and methods for putting those cucumbers to work in your kitchen. We'll make:

Cucumber mint sorbet
Cucumber lime cocktail and soda syrup
Cucumber-infused gin (and a few ways to use it)
Cucumber ice

We'll eat and drink cucumber goodies during class.
