Event Overview

The bells are ringing! And so are the Anaheims, bananas, poblanos, and other sweet peppers that just love the summer heat without packing a lot of heat. If you've made your fill of fajitas and you still have peppers a-plenty. We'll cover lots of ways to put those peppers to use for month to come. In this class we'll cover:

Pickled pepper rings
Pepper relish
Spanish pepper sauce (sofrito)
Frozen peppers - fresh and roasted
Fermented pepper pickles

We'll eat a peck of prepared peppers during class.

What to Bring

Bring an 8-ounce jar and take home a jar of sofrito or relish. Bring a 16-ounce jar and take home a jar of pickled pepper rings.
