Real Estate Appraisals are scary! Let someone who has been in the industry over 10 years, with nationwide experience, show you what to look for and how to understand it!
You will be provided with an example Real Estate Appraisal or, feel free to bring your own, and I will go through them by section explaining in real world terms what it all means! I am not an Appraiser, which means I know what us real world people want to know! How do I know? I have worked for an appraiser, with an appraiser and actually went on to marry one! I also have been involved in QC'ing (QC meaning Quality Control) appraisals for the largest name investors in the nation. If you have a mortgage, I've likely been involved in quality control for that lender.
By the end you will be able to know what matters (all of it to some extent but-more importantly-what matters MOST) and why!

She ran an appraisal firm for 6 years and has been working in the Corporate World of Quality Control and Appraisal Management for the past 4 years. She understands the real world questions people have about their appraisals and the frustration met when they try to get answers. She can help you understand what you are looking at!!!
