Grow vegetables throughout the seasons! In this 2-day workshop, learn the ins-n-outs of a cold frame and how to build one for your yard! Matt, Community Educator at Gateway Greening, will discuss the proper usage of cold frames and how to get a jump start on growing your garden. Marcus + Emanuel of Citizen Carpentry will then lead the class step-by-step through building a cold frame. Participants will learn basic hand tool knowledge while building their own simple cold frame from salvaged materials to take home to their gardens.

Please note this 2-day workshop takes place Wednesday, February 3 and Wednesday, February 17 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

This workshop is taught in partnership with Gateway Greening.
