Interested in getting healthier in 2013?

Have you found that eating better seems to be too time consuming and complicated?

This class will include a live demonstration of a complete, heart-healthy vegetarian meal that is easy to prepare no matter what your schedule. If you're looking to improve your overall health or make the transition to a plant-based lifestyle simple, this class is for you!

Attendees will have an opportunity to sample 3 completed recipes (including a soup, salad & entree). Ilena will also share tips on how to prep and create meals easily when on the go.
