This class is for the people who want to learn how to manage their anxiety but have no clue how to do so.

For example:
Maybe you're tired of feeling like you're "going crazy" or like you're losing control.
You're tired of worrying about the future and fear of failing.
You don't want to keep freezing up and avoiding situations that make you feel anxious and afraid and you're ready to learn the strategies that you need to actually change your reactions, your thoughts, and your emotions.

This class will teach you...
