Ever wanted to learn the basics to make your own chocolate at home?
Saturday, February 9th from 3pm-6pm I will be teaching a class on the basics of making chocolate!
This class will be a special Valentine's Day edition!
We will be mixing and making our own to eat during the class and walk away with a recipe and knowledge to practice ourselves at home.
The class will be beginner level and will go over the basics of mixing, tempering, setting in molds, how to store. Best of all: eating!
To make this extra special for Valentine's Day - there will be fruit for dipping! Also, I will teach about making flavored aphrodisiac syrups!

Ke Aloha Chocolates began as a chocolate making venture while living on Maui. After returning from travels, Annie began making chocolate in Austin, TX and wanted to infuse the island experience into each morsel, hence the namesake. She is self-taught and is a passionate enthusiast of cacao and culinary infusions.
