Hi! I’m Ashley Schor, owner of Bead It, which I opened with my sister, Katy Schor in 2002! She decided to hit the road and is working at trade shows all over the U.S. and I moved into the great location that we are in now at the corner of S. Lamar & Oltorf. A born and raised Austinite, I love finding and hunting old and used everythings… from merchandise to displays, I look for things in old antique stores, flea markets, and thrift stores. The inspiration for my store would be called “Antique Shop Gone Craft Madness”!

Bead It has a variety of classes for beginning and advanced jewelry designers. Our classes are project specific, generally lasting 1 to 2 hours. Materials are included in most of our classes. If not, then you will receive 20% Off any materials needed. With experienced instructors and a class limit of 5 students, you will receive the personal attention that you deserve, leaving Bead It with a beautiful creation. Also, you will receive a 10% discount on all merchandise purchased the week after your class.
