Event Overview
Learn how to use the Paleo diet and lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. What we eat is 90% of the battle, and I'll show you some easy tricks on how to fight hunger and still eat some or all of your favorite foods.
I'll start by explaining my journey with Paleo and weight loss. Next, I'll go over how the Standard American Diet affects our bodies and how the Paleo diet can retrain us to be less hungry, feel great, and lose weight. I'll give you tips and strategies of how to stick with it and common pitfalls to avoid. Finally, We'll do a Q&A where I will try to help you build a plan that will work for you and your goals.
