Event Overview

Want to turn your thoughts into written words and have a fun time doing it? Blogging is super easy and addictive. For some, it's a place to showcase thoughts or share writings, for others it's more like an online diary – no tiny lock and key required!

In this class, you will learn the basics about blogging. So bring a laptop or an iPad and we'll explore the best blogging sites and talk about what makes a compelling blog. Everyone will have the chance to write a blog and have it workshopped by the other class members.

Ideal for artists, writers, students, parents, grandparents, teens and anyone who wants to get their writing "out there."

Molly and Royal gave an overview of the reasons one might blog and the blog sites that would be most useful for those types of blogging. They showed us many examples of successful blog sites and why they are successful. They asked each participant why they want to blog and what their goals are and gave specific suggestions and ideas for each of us. it was very helpful. I would highly suggest it.
