Event Overview

Perhaps the signature session of the Photographing America tour is "Travel Photography 101."

For four hours you will learn the ins and outs of travel photography, from ideal settings and priorities, to composition to planning an expedition. Not only will your vacation photos turn out better in the future, but from here on out, there will be a professional quality to your images.

By the end of this session, you will be capturing amazing landscapes such as those you see in magazines or on postcards. After learning the difference between a happysnap and a photograph, we will refresh your technical knowledge and then focus on composition, technique and style.

This four hour specialized session includes ensuring your light and colour are correct, composing and framing your image, identifying the key focus in your landscape, balancing your image, finding the right angle and perspective and ensuring that the photograph you take tells a story to everyone who looks at it.

This involves walking and is an interactive & outdoors fun workshop just one weekend only and is Week 30 of 40 USA city tour.

Despite loving every element of Remember Forever, Luke prefers abandoning the desk and administration for spending time with our customers and taking photos.

Luke is the author of every Remember Forever course module and is a sought after photographer in the United States and Australia. His landscape photography work is critically acclaimed and he is regularly sought as a guest lecturer and speaker on photographic topics.
