Event Overview
We've all seen Planet Earth with jaws dropped, staring in wonder at the beauty of nature and all of its weird and breathtaking creatures. If you're the person who had to watch the five hours worth of bonus footage on how they captured such images, however, this is a class for you.
Channel the role of National Geographic photog for a day in this lecture style Dabble class which will discuss the ins and outs of wildlife and nature photography. Class will provide an overview of important elements of photography, including: composition, lighting conditions, camera functions, equipment, and location, and discuss how these functions combine to produce a stunning snapshot. Learn to manipulate images to create sought after moods, and perhaps most importantly, learn a whole host of tools for combating common trouble-shooting errors ... because nothing's worse than missing a Kodak moment because your lens cap was still on ;).
Anyone who is interested in learning how to improve their wildlife or landscape images, whether they are just getting started or a more seasoned photographer, is welcomed to attend. All students can expect to walk away with the knowledge they need to get out and get shooting!
