This is Sushi Party 101: The basics of sushi party preparation, and the making & consumption of sushi type things. People should not expect a culinary class, just a lesson in having a classy party.
Learn stuff:
- different kinds of sushi (sashimi, nigiri, maki, pressed, scattered, etc)
- varieties and flavors of seafood, meats & veggies
- nuances of rice cooking, vegetable preparation, maki rolling, party throwing, sake consumption, etc.
