Event Overview
So. You want to make a website. Your nephew said he could make you one for cheap, but you're not sold on that idea. But you don't want to pay a company to make a website for you. Learn how to make a self-updateable website quite easily, all by yourself.
We'll go over:
- installation of WordPress (a content management system)
- adding pages, posts, images, videos, and more
- easy modifications you can do to customize your page
- how to add plugins for added functionality
- how to theme your site to look how you want
The class will also go over a few more advanced topics, should you want to get all fancy with your new site. It'll be a lot of fun!
