Event Overview

Let’s bake some holiday cookies! Ahoy New York Tours and Tasting will virtually host you as you learn to bake two cookies— representing the Italian and Chinese cultures. Together we will bake cantuccini (a Tuscan biscotti) and the Chinese style of almond cookies. Upon booking a list of the ingredients with measurements will be sent to you.

This class requires you to provide your own ingredients and equipment. The ingredients are found in most grocery stores. A Zoom link with some reminders will be sent to you on the morning of your class.

This class is for bakers of all levels—we will walk you through the entire process. We encourage beginners and those who love to bake to join!

Our host will start the class with some fun introductions, then we will jump into baking these two cookies. While they bake, we’ll be playing some fun games—the winner will have a chance to win a tour ticket (value of $60)!

The class is offered on Saturday afternoons (ET) during November and December. Let’s celebrate the Italian and Chinese culture and enjoy the holiday season!

This virtual experience is a great alternative to holiday parties and gatherings, with family, friends and co-workers.
