This workshop is designed to help you get clear on what you want in your career and life, how to master your mindset, and get direction on making a career change. This interactive workshop is part creative and part practical. You will do self-discovery activities guided by your hosts, who will lead you throughout class.

Amanda Mausner has been leading individuals and organizations through change for over a decade. Amanda is a career coach, consultant, and sociologist, bringing over a decade of social + behavioral science experience to help ambitious individuals create a path towards a meaningful life and career. She works with clients to help them clarify who they are, what they want, and how to map a strategy to get there. Through helping others navigate and embrace their unique path, Amanda’s clients develop greater purpose, confidence, and energy.
Amanda has a Master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduate school, she received the opportunity to become an adjunct professor at Lewis University outside of Chicago. Later in her career, once Amanda personally witnessed the power of coaching as a catalyst in transformation, she decided to pursue a path combining coaching and consulting, using her psychology and sociology background to help her understand people in more profound and holistic way. She is now a certified Life, Career, and Executive Coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Amanda has become an expert in career change and career development coaching and has spent over 500 hours leading professionals towards making positive changes in their lives. Currently residing in Brooklyn, Amanda loves finding art markets, watching thought-provoking films, and soaking in copious amounts of sunshine.
