Sourdough is more than just bread, it connects us to the deeper roots of culinary history and is a way to develop very complex flavors in your loaves. Come learn the art of sourdough bread making, just in time for those cold rainy days of winter!

Whether you’re just getting started or a long-time yeast-based baker, we will demystify the whole process. Come enjoy a breakfast of homemade sourdough (our homemade jam might also make an appearance!) and learn about shaping, scoring, crumb, and texture. With hands-on guidance each step of the way, you’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to bake at home! Leave with new-found knowledge, your own sourdough starter, a proofing basket, and dough ready to bake at home.
