I gave this experience to my daughter for her 28th birthday and joined her for the fun of sharing. What a fun night! The class was organized on two tables for eight, complete with champagne flutes and munchies to create a party atmosphere. All the supplies we needed for the evening were at each place, marked with our names. With at least 15 years of experience, our teacher,Ellen, did a fabulous job of systematically explaining the basics and made everyone at ease as we tried to emulate her style. Then, as Ellen walked around to observe, she was complimentary of each of us, adding to the positive experience of the night. The two-hour evening went way too fast! After we practice what we learned, we will be signing up of several more classes! Well done!
