Sauerkraut is packed with health benefits and good bacteria, and making your own is easier than you think. Come explore the art and science of lacto-fermentation with a master fermenter! We’ll teach you how to prepare your cabbage (and other vegetables), what to expect during fermentation, and, of course, share ideas on how to use your sauerkraut once it’s finished.
Create your own personal blend of cabbage sauerkraut in class, customizing it with onions, garlic, carrots, yellow beets, seaweed, juniper berries, caraway seed, dill, lemon, pepper flakes, or turmeric. Leave inspired and with recipes to continue creating your own unique combinations of delicious sauerkraut at home!
