Event Overview

In the busy city life, we lead, stress and anxiety can sneak up on us in ways we don’t realize! Herbal medicine can give us wonderful tools to help us cope with emotional, physical and environmental stressors. Come learn a handful of herbs to help you feel calm, centered, and more relaxed. 


In this class, we will try some of these herbs in different forms (teas & tinctures), practice some breathing techniques with essential oils, and each person makes a tincture to take home to suit our needs.


As a small step toward making The Works a space for everyone, we save one spot in every class for someone who wants to attend but otherwise can’t afford to. This is an honor system program - read more about it here. All ticket sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions

Our classes are intended to be a social experience. On the occasion that fewer than 5 students are enrolled, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to 24 hours before the class. In the event that we have to cancel a class, we will issue a refund.
