Take your condiments game to the next level by making fermented hot sauces and salsas, full of gut-friendly probiotics! Master fermenter Carrie Siadak takes the intimidation out of fermenting at home. All you need are veggies, water, salt, and a little know-how!
We’ll explore the art and science of lacto-fermentation, including how to prepare your veggies, what to expect while fermenting and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Then we’ll get hands-on! Make a quart of hot sauce customized to your liking and a pint of fermented salsa starter to finish at home. Leave with your condiments and recipes to continue your fermenting journey!
