Are you curious about the delicious Mochi you always see at Uwajimaya? Even better, want to learn how to make your own at home? This Japanese rice cake treat is naturally gluten-free and delicious!
Get hands-on time learning how to know when the mochi is finished steaming, how long to knead it without overworking, and then how to portion, stuff, pinch, and roll your cakes. You’ll get to make 4 coconut mochi cakes stuffed with your choice of fresh mango, fresh strawberry, and/or red bean paste. Eat them fresh or take them home to share!Cancellation Policy
