Are you missing out on the newest way to get paid? Bitcoin gives you another way to get paid for what you do! And since Bitcoin payments are not reversible, you don't have to worry about credit card chargebacks... or even dealing with credit cards, if you choose.
This two-hour workshop will teach you how to start accepting Bitcoin NOW! You will learn:
1) what is Bitcoin and why you should use it,
2) how to accept Bitcoin (send and receive Bitcoin using Coinbase.com, exchange it for USD, etc.)
3) what tools are available to make it an easy process.
Bring your computer and I will walk to through establishing a Coinbase.com account and, by the end of the workshop, you will receive ~$5 in Bitcoin in your Coinbase account from the instructor!
Plus, there will be a Q&A at the end... so come with your questions!

I graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with degrees in electrical and computer engineering. I then went into software engineering for 10 years, first as an employee for others but transitioned to working for myself. At about year 7, I decided that a change was in order and enrolled at Saint Louis University School of Law - I attended law school part time while working full time. Upon graduating and passing the bar exam in 2008, I became an intellectual property law attorney. I am a cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) user and I accept Bitcoin for payment at my law office.
