Event Overview

So you have cleaned around the house and no need professional development in order to earn income using the skills you have. This course is designed to get you started and comes with with a professional certification of cleaning knowledge that you will take with you on your next job interview.

During your two hours we will cover the basics of what a frontline cleaner can expect and what will be expected of them in the professional facility maintenance field, it is not the same as what you do at home. You will be provided a workbook to follow the instructor and there will be a 10 point quiz at the end which is open book.

You will get an orientation to the cleaning industry as a whole before moving into what a typical day looks like when you are earning income while cleaning. We will cover the 'Ground Rules' you should know, including Safety and Security.

This course material and certification is made available through the ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association) organization. Your instructor is an Accredited Certification Trainer by ISSA.
Upon completion of the quiz, each person will leave with certificate in hand for verification of their efforts and proof of professional development.

I educate individuals on the "Whys" of cleaning so that they have a profound understanding of the cleaning industry and what the advantages and pitfalls are of their actions.
I owned and operated a building services operation and have worked with thousands of frontline workers on best practices to maintain indoor environments.
